Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order, but the refund amount depends on when you cancel. Orders can only be fully refunded before they enter the printing phase.
When can I get a full refund?
You'll receive a full refund if you cancel your order while it has one of the following statuses:
- Processing - Your order is being prepared for printing
- Shipped - Your order is being shipped
What if my order is already printing?
If your order has reached the Printing status, you can still cancel it, but you will only receive a refund for the shipping cost. The product cost cannot be refunded once printing has begun, as the item has already been custom-made for you.
How do I cancel my order?

Returns
Can I return my order?
Since every item is custom printed for you personally, we can't accept returned items. However, we're committed to making things right if something goes wrong with your order. Please contact us at help@storybound.com and we'll work with you to resolve any issues.
